There are two new podcasts for Husky fans to enjoy heading into the 2018-19 season! Both will be hosted by Tony Castricone, the new voice of the Huskies.
THE GOHUSKIES PODCAST: In conjunction with the University of Washington athletic department, the Washington IMG Sports Network will be producing a weekly podcast providing an exclusive, in-depth, inside look at the unique culture of Washington Huskies athletics. These long-form conversations will go far beyond the field of play, taking a deep dive into the people, the values and the culture that make up one of the nation’s most successful athletic departments both in competition and in the classroom.
The GoHuskies Podcast will be released each Wednesday at noon, giving fans and listeners the opportunity to get to know the administrators, coaches and athletes of today, along with the legends of yesteryear, that drive Husky Nation forward toward the next level of achievement both on and off the field.
Here is a tentative schedule for the coming weeks:
|August 29, 2018||Jen Cohen, Director of Athletics|
|September 5, 2018||TBD|
|September 12, 2018||Mike Hopkins, Men’s Basketball Head Coach|
